We take pride in having served more than 40 countries across all continents. Our team consists of some of the world’s most experienced aviation consultants, who are adept at delivering complex and collaborative solutions to specific aviation challenges and problems.

We cater to countries subjected to conflict, recovering post-conflict, emerging nations, and fully ICAO-compliant nations. From 2008 to date, we have worked on several aviation projects in Australia, Afghanistan, Brazil, Croatia, the Horn of Africa, India, Iraq, Namibia, Pakistan, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Turkey. State Level Avsec Provision

Contracted to the Afghanistan Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation to provide Avsec design, program, training, and screening across 5 airports and locations in Afghanistan to International Acclaim, directly resulting in new airlines operating in Afghanistan.

Contracted to a Global Company to produce an aviation security manual for the Civil Aviation Authority providing within the Horn of Africa as a central reference collating all aviation law, the requirements of the relevant authorities NCASP, NCASTP, and NCAQCP to ensure compliance with ICAO Documents 8973,9807 and 10047.

Supplied Corrective Action Plan and Sustainability Programme to a Government within Asia to enable the re-structuring of its civil aviation authority to provide evidence of commitment to comply with requirements of ICAO Deficiency Notices SARPS further impacted By US FAA and EASA audits.

Contracted to aviation consultancy group to compile and formulate the aviation security regulations of a nation-state within Africa, which were then accepted by the state authority and later approved by ICAO TCB.

Past projects

Airport & Avsec Program Design

Requested by the Prime Minister of an African continent country to submit proposals for an audit of flight safety and security compliance within the country and corrective action priorities with and subsequently identify options for economic development growth through maximizing aviation options.

Created and managed a team of international experts to produce a comprehensive airport construction and development plan, incorporating all safety and security infrastructure specifications for and on behalf of an East African Government.

Consultancy services provided to a UK-based Global Supplier of Security to undertake an audit of security management infrastructure, risk assessment provisions, and emergency planning at a major international Airport, in New Zealand.

Completed an aviation security training and capacity development program for a US State Department agency-funded proposal for delivery in south east Asia.

Global Company Connections

Contracted by a leading Global security provider for an aviation security compliance audit and security risk assessment of operations within a number of airports in Saudi Arabia.

Requested to construct an airport security program and development strategy for a multi-billion dollar airport and supporting infrastructure development including specifications for management, technology, and training and the introduction of AAM systems ( Advanced Air Mobility).

Contracted by a leading international security consultancy group to audit all operations at an International Airport, in West Africa to provide and implement a corrective action plan, and make recommendations for security technology systems for the airport and border posts.

Contracted to a globally renowned provider of security services to develop an aviation capacity development and training program that qualified the company for acceptance into the UK Department of Transport ASTEM program.
