The Armstrong Aviation Development Associates Staff Profile

The members of the Armstrong Aviation Development Associates consultancy team are strictly selected based on the following criteria.

• Proven technical knowledge, qualifications, and operational experience gained at international airports within the UK, the European Union, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

       And/Or

• Over 20 Years of Experience within The international regulatory agencies / Senior Aviation Roles of the EU, ICAO, IATA the US FAA, and TSA.

• Occupied roles in every aspect of civil aviation including project management, aviation security, air traffic and computer navigation systems, flight safety, ground operations, and emergency response.

• Technical knowledge and competency must have been supplemented by practical experience in operating within environments that are unregulated, and challenged by issues of security, economic stagnation, or lack of resources.

• Every consultant has demonstrated a commitment to recognizing and giving respect to cultural issues and local customs in operational environments.

• Proven ability to support the local national team members and officials through coaching, mentoring, and through structured training programs.

• Have worked together previously as a team and delivered objectives whilst ensuring absolute adherence to the Armstrong Aviation Development Services Mission, Vision and Values.
